Great Customer Service:
I got great customer service from Zappos. No lie. I had been looking for a particular pair of shoes and everywhere I checked was sold out. I even checked stores like Nordstrom on-line to no avail. Then I went to Zappos.com and not only did they have the pair of shoes I was looking for, in my size, but I placed my order at almost 6 pm and I received my shoes the next morning before 10 am… on my front door step. Unbelievable!
